We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible roadways and parking lots during winter weather conditions. Duties
- Operate Heavy Equipment to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow designated routes for snow removal, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling of freight.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.
- Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.
Experience
- Proven experience in Heavy Equipment operating with a valid driver's license; .
- Familiarity with front end loaders such as Komatsu, Case, John Deere, Volvo, and Liebherr
- Ability to load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to snow removal operations.
