Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Helpdesk Technician I professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage cloud services and on-premise servers, and monitor client networks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic network administration.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with owner and other employees to address complex issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Clean appearance.
- Good time management skills and ability to triage customer support issues and projects.
