Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Assistant Manager to join our team at Snowbasin Resort Company. The successful candidate will work closely with the F&B Manager and other departmental leaders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Front of House operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. They will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and promoting brand development and staff retention.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the F&B Manager on staffing, training, and implementation of SOPs to promote success through brand development, staff retention, and financial results.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the F&B Manager.
- Maintain awareness of all state & federal sanitation procedures and industry food safety practices.
- Develop strong knowledge of Point of Sale system and functions.
- Supervises shift closes and cash drops.
