About the Role
The F&B Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage department. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing support to the F&B Manager, leading by example, and fostering departmental teamwork and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be required to serve tables, bus, cashier, food run, bartend, barback, or host as needed, especially during slower periods.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, fostering departmental teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain awareness of resort occupancy levels, reservations, skier visits, group business, and special events and their demands on operations.
- Support the financial/marketing goals of the department.
- Enforce quality, service, and brand standards.
