What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Tech - Winter 24/25 position at Snowbasin Resort?
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction
- Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day on the mountain provide them with helpful direction
- Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedure
- Maintain rental fleet and inventory accountability
- Assist with tracking equipment and inventory regularly
- Assist management with prevention of theft, both internally and externally
- Arrive on time, with name tag, and in uniform clean and ready for a fast paced day
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience
- Experience and ability to work with children and families
- Reliable, on-time and committed to working
- Capable of lifting, kneeling and bending
- Operate equipment and tools in a safe manner preventing injury to yourself or others
- Experience, respect and comfort level experiencing contact with guests
