What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ski & Ride Supervisor - Part Time - Winter 24/25 position at Snowbasin Resort?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Product and Personnel management
- Forecasts and schedules staff to accurately cover business needs
- Knowledge of staff members and their abilities
- Able to communicate skillfully with guests and staff members
- Assign staff members to lessons
- Track and enter payroll data as needed
- Build and use reporting as necessary to track pertinent data
- Monitor and coordinate class assignments and assist as necessary
- Help develop and implement a coordinated training program
- Must be PSIA AASI Level 2
- Minimum 3 years experience skiing or snowboarding
- Previous ski industry experience
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous ski industry experience a plus but not required
