Qualifications include:
- Preferably worked with Structure or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, GAAP, union-specific regulations,
- Experience with Union benefits, union reports and payments
- Experience with ADP payroll, or equal
Responsibility:
- Transfer payroll information from ADP to structure
- Keep track of union benefits and make timely payments
- Keep up with certified payroll for required projects.
- Developing monthly work in progress reports and the necessary journal entries
- All period close duties
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
