In this role, you will lead a global team of 12 high-performance marketers focused on executing industry-leading digital strategies that align with Snowflake's core business objectives.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL : Establish a global center of excellence that efficiently executes Snowflake's organic search, paid social, display, and paid search initiatives while driving innovation aligned to business goals.Develop and execute global and regional search and paid social strategies for both evergreen and event-based campaigns, working closely with marketing and sales leadership.Optimize targeting, segmentation, and performance across product categories, personas, and industries, continuously analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement.Plan, prioritize, and manage digital activation budgets across regions, countries, and channels to maximize ROI and align with sales targets, including ongoing performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.Measure, analyze, and report digital marketing performance across all channels, leveraging data to enhance conversion rates and improve efficiency.Collaborate with marketing intelligence teams to develop real-time dashboards and visualizations for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear performance insights.Drive digital marketing innovation by harnessing AI-driven automation, emerging technologies, and cutting-edge industry best practices to position Snowflake as a leader in digital excellence.Partner with content and campaign teams to ensure digital strategies align with persona-based engagement and business objectives.Develop and mentor a high-performing team of 12 digital marketers, fostering career growth and cross-functional collaboration.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE : 10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, leading a global digital team with a focus on organic search, demand generation, and audience segmentation.Proven expertise in Organic Search, Paid Social, Paid Search, Content Syndication, and Programmatic Display in B2B.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive marketing success.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong cross-functional and executive relationships.Experience in marketing intelligence and performance measurement, ensuring real-time visibility into budget and campaign impact.Hands-on experience managing a fully in-house advertising model.A self-starter mindset, thriving in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.Drive digital marketing innovation by harnessing AI-driven automation, emerging technologies, and cutting-edge industry best practices to position Snowflake as a leader in digital excellence.Join Snowflake and help shape the future of data-driven marketing in a high-growth, dynamic environment!Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
