We are looking for a Senior People Research Scientist to join our People Insights and Analytics team. As a People Research Scientist at Snowflake, you will drive impactful insights into our evolving people processes and programs. You'll design and execute rigorous research studies to directly inform strategic recommendations that ensure we're optimizing for people at Snowflake to do their best work.
This position will have a hybrid work schedule. We require you to be in the Menlo Park office a minimum of 3 times a week.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL :
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies that span the employee lifecycle with a notable focus on talent selection, employee experience, organizational health, and performance management.
- Partner with HR, leadership, and stakeholders to identify research opportunities and translate findings into strategic recommendations across areas like employee selection, listening, performance management, learning & development, strategic workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Develop and validate measurement tools, including surveys and assessment frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate research findings effectively to diverse audiences.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of research best practices within the team.
- Stay informed of the latest academic research, evolving legislation, and industry trends related to industrial / organizational psychology and people analytics.
