We are looking for a motivated technical program manager to drive strategic and highly visible product compliance and security programs at Snowflake. You will be challenged to use your creative thinking, excellent technical program management capabilities, and strong communication skills to make a big impact at Snowflake. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is able to prioritize appropriately, easily switch gears without sacrificing quality of work, maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, and work well with people at all levels. They should be process-oriented and comfortable putting effective mechanisms in place to streamline decision-making and ensure the right level of diligence.
You will need to be comfortable driving consensus on issues based on risk profiles and concrete data, engaging partner teams to both benchmark and influence policies, understanding business needs and responding to escalations.
PROFESSIONAL FUNDAMENTALS
- Be responsible for defining and delivering important programs with broad organizational, business and technical impact.
- Provide cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Product Management, and inter / intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Bring strong, data-driven and strategic technical judgment to decisions.
- Work closely with Software Engineers across various teams and Product Managers to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle.
- Amplify your impact by educating and mentoring the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve the execution of the organization as a whole, to increase engineering productivity through tools and process improvements.
