Position Summary
As our Business Development Director, you will be a key member of the Snowline Health team, ensuring the growth of our referral network, enhancing community engagement, and strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers and organizations. You will drive strategic initiatives that increase awareness of our mission, services, and value while ensuring our growth goals align with the organization’s overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth and Development
- Develop and execute a business development plan to drive client acquisition and expand referral sources.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and healthcare organizations.
- Analyze market trends and demographics to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead efforts to expand into new markets while maintaining a strong presence in existing communities.
Referral and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, corporate leaders, and community organizations.
- Educate potential partners on our services, emphasizing value-driven solutions.
- Develop engagement strategies to enhance referral partner satisfaction.
Community Outreach and Brand Awareness
- Plan and oversee outreach initiatives, including sponsorships, events, and educational programs.
- Represent Snowline Health at industry conferences and networking events.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across marketing materials.
Leadership and Team Development
- Mentor and oversee the business development and marketing teams.
- Establish measurable goals and provide feedback to support professional growth.
- Foster collaboration across departments to align with organizational goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze referral trends, market conditions, and performance metrics.
- Present regular reports on referral growth and business development efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Requirements
Local Candidates Only – Due to our hybrid work model, only local candidates or those willing to relocate will be considered.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within healthcare or a service-oriented industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth goals in a competitive market.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
