Position Summary :
The Practice Manager for the ElderCare Program at Snowline Health is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ElderCare Program. This role ensures efficient management of clinical and administrative staff, coordinates patient care services, optimizes operational workflows, and drives program excellence to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to elderly patients.
The Practice Manager works collaboratively with clinical teams, support staff, and leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, alignment with Snowline Health's mission, and the achievement of strategic goals
