You’ll support our Director of Golf in day-to-day activities while delivering top-tier service on and off the course.

What You’ll Do
🎯 Manage Golf Operations – Assist the Director of Golf in daily operations, ensuring the highest level of service and efficiency.
🏌️ Lead & Supervise – Oversee outside service staff and help with operations like cart services, club storage, and practice areas.
🎉 Organize Tournaments – Assist with tournament planning, logistics, scoring, and prize distribution, delivering exceptional events.
👨🏫 Golf Instruction – Conduct individual lessons and group clinics, sharing your expertise with golfers of all levels.
🛠 Club Fitting & Repair – Provide expert club fitting and repair services to meet the needs of every golfer.
📊 Track & Manage – Maintain the USGA Handicap System and oversee inventory management for hard goods and soft goods.
💼 Team Leadership – Be a role model for staff, offering support, mentorship, and training to ensure success.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience – 2 years in golf operations, ideally in a private club setting.
✔ Leadership – Supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
✔ Passion for Golf – A strong understanding of the game, its rules, and its culture.
✔ Customer-Focused – A service-driven mindset that exceeds member expectations.
✔ PGA Member/Apprentice – Maintain PGA of America membership or actively pursue it through the PGA Professional Golf Management program.
