Facilities Engineer 3 – Keeping Our Club Running Smoothly 🛠️🏗️
📍 Location: Snowmass Club | ⏳ Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Are you the go-to person for all things maintenance and engineering? If you’ve got experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more, we want you on our team! As a Facilities Engineer 3 at Snowmass Club, you’ll keep everything from the plumbing to the HVAC in perfect working order, making sure our club members and guests have an amazing experience every time they visit. No two days will be the same, and we’ll make sure you’ve got the training to succeed!
What You’ll Do 🔧🛠️
- Be the Fixer-Upper: Maintain and repair everything from plumbing fixtures to electrical systems and HVAC controls—if it’s broken, you’ll be there to make it right!
- Lead the Way: You’ll help out the less experienced crew, guiding them with your knowledge and skills.
- Keep Things Cool (Literally!): Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including installing thermostats and setting programs to keep the temperature just right.
- Maintain the Club’s Heart: From repairing furniture to fixing appliances and ensuring our systems run smoothly, you'll be the one who makes sure everything is in top condition.
- Work with the Best Tools: Use power tools like a pro—fix, repair, and maintain equipment to keep the club running like a well-oiled machine.
Qualifications

- Experience? A big plus! If you’ve worked in maintenance, HVAC, or building systems, we want you.
- A Passion for Problem-Solving: You love a challenge and finding solutions that keep things running smoothly.
- Self-Starter: You don’t need constant supervision—you’re a problem-solver who takes initiative.
- A Team Player: You’ll work closely with other departments and help out less experienced teammates when needed.
- Physically Fit: You're up for working on your feet, lifting up to 100 lbs, and performing tasks like snow removal or handling heavy equipment.
