What You’ll Do
👋 Welcome with Warmth – Greet each guest with a genuine smile and ensure a smooth, cheerful arrival experience.
📆 Plan & Seat – Review reservations daily, manage waitlists, and assign tables efficiently.
📞 Be the Voice – Answer phones professionally, book reservations, and take to-go orders with ease.
📋 Menu Know-How – Be able to describe daily specials and menu highlights to guests.
🌟 Special Attention – Accommodate guest requests and help make special moments extra memorable.
🍽️ Support the Team – Assist servers with water, clearing, and seating when needed.
👀 Stay Alert – Anticipate needs and ensure guest satisfaction even when you're across the room.
Qualifications
What Makes You a Great Fit
✔️ 1 Year Hosting or Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
✔️ High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
✔️ Excellent Communication & People Skills – You love working with people!
✔️ Detail-Oriented & Observant – You notice the little things that matter.
✔️ Organized & Calm – You keep cool and collected during busy times.
✔️ Food & Alcohol Safety Certifications (Preferred)
✔️ Of Legal Age to Serve Alcohol – Per state requirements
