What You’ll Do – Your Daily Flow
🌟 Welcome & Engage – Greet members and guests with warmth, answer questions, and guide them through our spa, fitness, and wellness offerings.
📆 Book & Confirm Appointments – Schedule spa treatments, fitness classes, and private sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
🛍️ Retail & Sales – Operate the pro shop, process payments, issue gift cards, and promote wellness products & services.
🧹 Maintain a Pristine Space – Ensure all areas—from the fitness center to locker rooms, spa, and pool—are clean, organized, and stocked.
📞 Connect & Communicate – Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
🚨 Be a Wellness Guardian – Monitor fitness areas for safety & cleanliness, assist members, and be prepared to respond in emergencies.
💪 Promote Health & Wellness – Encourage members to book massages, sign up for fitness programs, and engage in Snowmass Club events.
🎉 Support Special Events – Assist with fitness seminars, wellness retreats, and spa promotions.
Qualifications
