About us
Snowpack Taproom is Conifer's place for craft beer, wine, and small-batch spirits. Our kitchen is one of the busiest in the area creating delicious artisan pizza, sandwiches, salads, and more.
We're looking for a full-time bartender with weekend and night availability. Craft beer knowledge is a must including knowledge of the various styles and flavor profiles of beer.
The primary responsibilities of the bartenders at Snowpack are:
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar/restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Learn and present bar menu
- Check customers’ ID to confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Add items to tabs using our POS system
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and provide an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Become familiar with the various craft beers/spirits we serve
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Be an excellent team player
- Clean and sanitize space

Please Note: We're located in Conifer, Colorado, about 15 minutes up highway 285 from Lakewood/Littleton. Make sure you're willing to make the drive if you live down in Denver prior to applying.
