- Housing: Affordable on-mountain employee housing available for rent.
- Work Location: 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Start Date: Mid-November with positions available throughout the season. Must be able to attend training sessions before the middle of December. This information is subject to change!
- Seasonal: This position is available from Mid-November to Late March, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
- Schedule: Will require working early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
- Teach snow sports in a safe, fun environment to ensure a memorable experience for guests and staff.
- Represent the Resort by being well-informed about facilities and products.
- Build rapport with guests and staff by establishing trust and showing care.
- Adhere to Ski and Snowboard School practices and resort policies.
- Participate in required and optional training clinics, workshops, and exams.
- Maintain professionalism by following uniform and grooming policies.
- Complete all necessary reports accurately. Note: Responsibilities may evolve with the resort and position.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
- Beginner level Skier orintermediate Snowboarder
- All Instructors must be willing & able to learn to ski
- Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification preferred
- Previous outdoor experience is a plus
- May require lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
