We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet and Bellhop. As a member of our Bell/Valet Team at Allegheny Springs Lodge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting with their luggage and valet services.
Job Summary
This is a tipped position that offers opportunities to meet people from all over the world while working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Assist guests with their luggage and provide valet services
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles, maintain an organized system for keys and locations
- Drive resort shuttles for guests and employees, handle luggage and equipment, and assist with loading/unloading
- Support concierge staff, provide information about the resort, and maintain cleanliness at guest service locations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program. Additionally, you will need to have a valid driver's license and the potential to acquire a CDL (commercial driver's license) with passenger endorsement.
