Job Summary:
We are seeking a Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Assistant Manager, you will be overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Duties:
- managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee food production and kitchen management
- Train and mentor staff members on proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain adequate stock levels
- creating and implementing strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures
- recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of preparation of food production processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
