Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist in coordinating party details with clients to ensure all their needs are met.
- Manage the setup and breakdown of party areas, including decorations and seating arrangements.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely food service.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and manage payments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party area throughout the event.
- Foster positive guest relations by being attentive, approachable, and helpful.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interactions.
- A background in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.
