Wonderful Direct hire Opportunity for a Construction Project Administrator role in Cerritos, Ca!
This will also be a full time office position Monday through Friday from 8am to 4 : 30pm
Job Description :
- Project Coordinator who will assist Project Managers with the daily tasks from start of construction through the close out process.
- Sending out and executing signatures on subcontracts, collecting Business Licenses, City Licenses and Insurance documents.
- Collecting submittals for review by the Project Manager and submitting them as well as tracking their approval or corrections.
- They will also be assisting with the close out documents which includes warranties, as builts and manuals.
- We do have construction software that will have to be used like Procore, Sage Master Builder, RedTeam and Outbuild.
