Monday to Friday - 4 / 10 works schedule

Report to the Manager of Internal Audit. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience independently completing operational, performance and compliance audits, preferably at a senior internal auditor level. Complete comprehensive operational audits of programs and processes, including all preliminary work, field work and drafting audit reports. Understands the requirements of the IIA’s IPPF, prepare and follow audit programs, perform complex audit procedures, compile workpapers, drafts audit reports and observations, proposes recommendations. Have excellent communication skills both orally and written. Resourceful in gathering research, information and supporting documents and data. Conducts work independently and in teams, work with a high degree of auditor independence, able to research and review policies and guidelines and apply during audits. Ability to assess processes and procedures, able to identify areas of weakness and recommend sound internal controls to improve operations and assist the organization in achieving goals and objectives. Develop testing procedures, gather data, and implement the procedures. conducts complex data analyses, risk analyses, examine records, maintains audit workpapers, drafts workpapers and reports.
