About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SCADA System Developer to join our team at SNQPA-Staffing Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex SCADA systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SCADA system architecture, including hardware and software components.
- Develop and maintain SCADA applications using Aveva (formerly Wonderware) software products, such as InTouch and System Platform.
- Install, program, and troubleshoot SCADA hardware and software, including PLCs, radios, and network equipment.
- Maintain and upgrade SCADA systems, including HMIs, PLCs, radios, and software.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, protocols, and best practices to protect SCADA systems from cyber threats.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop process workflows and SCADA system specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies, IT/IS, Computer Science, or other applicable discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in SCADA system development, maintenance, and implementation.
- Experience with Aveva (formerly Wonderware) software products, including Intouch and System Platform.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical control systems, including PLCs, radios, and network equipment.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server/Windows Operating Systems and virtual machine software (Hyper-V or VMWare).
- Valid California Driver's license.
