Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at our fast-paced café. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, handling customer orders, and assisting with various tasks to maintain the high standards of our establishment.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area for guests.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Perform basic math calculations for accurate order processing and cash handling.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is a plus.
