We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client relationships. With over 30 years of experience, we have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services, including pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof moss treatment, fleet washing, and more for commercial, residential, and government clients.

Every day, we manage a high volume of orders and customer interactions via phone and email, making attentiveness, responsiveness, and problem-solving essential to our success. While industry experience is preferred, it’s not required—we seek dedicated professionals who are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
OVERVIEW :
Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager will drive sales growth by managing the entire sales process—from lead generation and closing deals to providing exceptional post-sale customer service. This role is key in upholding company standards, exceeding sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong multitasking skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This is an in-office role, with approximately 95% of work conducted on-site. While not a traditional outside sales position, attending industry events is a crucial aspect of the role to strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver exceptional sales and service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively assess customer needs, providing tailored solutions and expert guidance on our services.
- Go above and beyond to drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships.
- Conduct regular outreach, including follow-up calls on bids, prospecting for new business, and identifying sales opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with property managers, ensuring timely follow-through on requests and service needs.
- Stay informed on all company offerings, effectively communicating available solutions and service options.
- Leverage cross-selling opportunities across multiple divisions to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and outstanding customer support.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand presence and build new business relationships.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

This full-time, onsite position at Snugs Services offers a competitive salary between $80K and $90K , which includes a commission and bonus structure that rewards your achievements.
