Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage raw materials both physically and electronically.

Assist in managing raw materials through good inventory control practices and cycle counts.

Maintain inventory levels using our ERP system.

Receive, verify, and put away Consignment Inventory into rack locations.

Perform daily cycle counts and an annual physical inventory.

Communicate with the team on inventory levels and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Support production teams by providing necessary materials and coordinating inventory needs for production processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Detail-Oriented: Must be able to track and record inventory data accurately.

Accuracy in Data Entry: Strong focus on accuracy when entering cycle count data and system transactions.

Inventory Counting: Ability to count, record, and organize inventory efficiently.

Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of basic Outlook and Excel functions. Ability to use mobile handheld devices for completing tasks.

Forklift and Stock Picker Operation: Ability to operate a forklift and stock picker (training and certification will be provided).

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk/stand for extended periods, and occasionally climb ladders or use order picker lift trucks to count inventory up to 25 feet above the ground.
