Completions Supervisor/ Technician

Snyder Brothers, Inc., an independent gas producer located in Kittanning, is currently looking for a fulltime Completions Supervisor/ Technician. This position does require some travel in and around Armstrong County.

The Completions Supervisor/ Technician will work directly with a team planning and executing the completion portion of well programs. Individual strengths and weakness will be considered as to how their role in the completions programs is developed. Work scope may at times stretch outside of completions activities and include operations such as production and workover projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Visit well pads to review completion projects (frac, drillouts, flowback, etc).

· Work with team to plan and execute long and short-term completions projects.

· Bid procurement and review.

· Compile and review DEP drilling/completions reports.

· Track deadlines for projects and reporting purposes.

· Manage water truck operations and work with trucking dispatchers.

· On call for field operations as needed.

· Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as they arise.

· Perform job functions with concern for safety and environment.

· Must interact courteously and professionally with landowners and other parties involved in projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Basic Microsoft proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word) at a minimum is required.

· Ability to work well in a team.

· Must possess strong self-motivation

· Ability to trouble shoot / problem solve as various challenges arise.

Minimum Qualifications

· 2 years of oil gas experience or petroleum engineering degree, completions experience preferred.

· Valid PA driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Pre-employment background, physical and drug screen are required.
