What You’ll Do
- Educate customers on the benefits of new comfort systems and tailored solutions
- Consult with customers to identify needs and present high-value HVAC solutions
- Provide accurate proposals and secure agreements for installation jobs
- Oversee projects from scheduling through completion, collection, and customer follow-up
- Generate leads and referrals by building long-term customer relationships
- Communicate job details and expectations clearly with installers and support teams
- Maintain professionalism, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
What You Bring
- 2 years of sales experience (required)
- 1 year of HVAC experience (preferred)
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
