We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Stamping Production Manager to oversee the stamping department. This is your chance to lead, mentor, and drive excellence in a critical manufacturing environment.
In This Role, You Will:
- Manage and prioritize all aspects of the stamping operation, including equipment, maintenance, and labor.
- Ensure seamless communication across shifts to meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize processes in collaboration with other departments (QA, Maintenance, etc.).
- Develop and train your team on best practices and process improvements.
- Review and approve production documentation and manufacturing orders.
- Set goals, mentor your team, and foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with planning and customer service to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage departmental budget, hours, and supplies.
- Contribute to new program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion safety and quality standards, including participation in audits.
We're Looking for a Leader With:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in medium/high-volume stamping manufacturing.
- Proven leadership, supervision, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The drive to be a self-starter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with basic PC skills (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of ISO/QS/TS is a plus.
- ERP experience is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
Salary Range Transparency: $120,000 - $150,000
