As a Bander, you will be responsible for the following :
- Banding all Premium Recycled Parts (PRP) and freight on appropriate pallets making sure there are no loose bands and the part will not be damaged in transit
- Ensuring pallets being used will hold to standards in transit
- Loading "PRP" Trailer with heavy parts
- Taking freight parts to the freight area to be weighed and marking the bands with the weight
- Keeping work area clean and in good housekeeping
- Helping other dock hand employees to stay busy when no parts are available to be banded
- Morning cleanup tasks assigned by Production Manager efficiently, daily and with quality
