As a Co-Op at Snyk, you’ll get hands on experience in your field of study. You will work as part of the team to help us dominate the Developer Security world and help bring value to our customers. We’re focused on giving students an enriching professional experience through cross-functional exposure within a global context. You’ll get the opportunity to meet colleagues from different backgrounds and geological areas, gain valuable professional development and have some fun along the way!

Are you passionate about building seamless product experiences? Thrive in a fast-paced R&D environment? Excited to help developers work faster and more secure? We're seeking an intelligent, proactive, and motivated intern to join our team and help grow and enhance our products.
As a R&D Engineer Co-Op at Snyk, you'll use your development skills, passion, and problem-solving abilities to create software that ensures the security of other software products.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Collaborate with our engineers to understand project guidelines and contribute to the development process
- Using best practices and new technologies to maintain and extend our existing services
- Working across the full stack and entire development life cycle to build, test, deploy, and support high-quality, reliable, fast services
- Promote code quality through reviews and best practices
- Working directly with our products that are used by developers globally
- Outside of your day-to-day role you’ll get to network within Snyk, join Impact events, build your soft skills and professional development and mingle with a cohort of entry talent
What You’ll Need:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program
- Able to take a semester off of classes to work full-time July-December 2025
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to change
- Familiarity with programming languages such as TypeScript and Go
- Opportunity to learn and develop coding skills
- Proactive attitude and accountability along with an appreciation for independence
