So Cal Fence Supply is a fast-growing, family-style company with national reach, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales & Admin Assistant to join our team. You’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by entering orders, scheduling freight, and communicating with customers and vendors.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter customer orders accurately
- Coordinate freight and deliveries
- Talk to customers via phone and email—professional phone manner is a must
- Track order status and follow up
- Support sales with admin and customer communication
What You Bring:
- Comfortable using CRMs (we use Pipedrive)
- QuickBooks experience a plus (or willing to learn)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Confident with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, etc.)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to read blueprints/plans is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
