So Cal Health Care Solutions operates behavioral health care facilities here in Orange County. Our beautiful location in the hills of San Clemente and is an easy commute and has an opening for a part time therapist .
Our programs offers clients all level of care of substance use and mental health treatment services.
We are currently hiring clinical staff to join our growing team to provide therapy and clinical group facilitation for our clients.
We are looking for pre licensed and or licensed staff. Pre licensed can expect that we will provide supervision weekly as needed.
*We are hiring specifically for our beautiful San Clemente location.*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducts initial assessment of all new clients; interviews and evaluates clients.
• Identifies factors which may interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from treatment.
• Develops and implements client treatment plans, including the coordination of referrals to outpatient services upon discharge, the recording of progress notes and the provision of continuity of care.
• Provides appropriate therapeutic services to assist in coping with presented symptoms and problems.
• Participates on the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintains records and makes written and oral reports concerning client care, counseling, and therapeutic activities.
• Complies with company policies and procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental, infection control, and complies with requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
• Performs therapeutic groups and documentation.
• Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years of management experience in the chemical dependency field, with acute rehabilitation center experience preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Current California State License LMFT, AMFT, LPCC, PSYD, LCSW. Annual TB test, NARCAN Training and First Aid Certification
Salary : $24 - $35
