Flight Instructor

So Fly Flight Training Academy in Springfield at the Downtown airport (3DW). We are seeking a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI, CFII) to become an integral leader in our team.

Minimum : 700 hours TT, minimum 400 Dual given

Required : R22 qualified , R44 and CFII preferred

``Duties```
As the Senior Lead Flight Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to provide flight training and instruction to our instructors and advanced training with our aspiring pilots. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of aviation by imparting your knowledge and skills to students. Your duties will include:
- Providing hands-on flight instruction
- Teaching students how to operate aircraft controls, perform maneuvers, and navigate through different flight scenarios
- Monitoring instructor and student progress and providing constructive feedback for improvement
- Administering and evaluating written and practical exams to assess student proficiency
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during all flight operations

- Supervising: Ability to oversee and guide instructors and students during flight training sessions
- Communication : open honest communication skills , even when conversation are hard or uncomfortable.

Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, lesson plans, and student records
- Time management: Excellent time management skills to efficiently allocate resources and meet training objectives
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential as pilots
- Data analysis skills: Proficiency in analyzing flight data and providing an advanced instructor course.

Note: Military experience or familiarity with military aviation is a plus.
