So Fresh & So Clean Detailers is a luxury detailing company serving both mobile on-site (at customer's homes/offices) as well as in-shop vehicle maintenance and protection.

We are looking for a hard working, responsible and reliable individual to expand our team and GROW with us. We are a rapidly growing luxury detailing company looking for the right individual LONG TERM.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced individual to join our team as our Lead Mobile Detailer. Duties will be to perform requested service for customers - detailing vehicles, boats, and airplanes. The position is for a lead mobile detail technician; this means you will drive a company truck, work outdoors often, provide instruction to a detail technician/helper, conduct quality control measures, educate and recommend additional services for customers, and interact with customers at their home or office. An ability to effectively communicate with customers, other team members, and management is a must!

Advancement opportunity to be trained/learn higher skills such as paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film, and tint down the line. Opportunities are endless!

Starting salary will be $22-$26/hour (depending on experience) tips. There is also a bonus structure (opportunity to earn $30 an hour with bonuses and tips).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must be RELIABLE, hard working, trustworthy, and have excellent communication skills with both customers and employer.
• Must be able to work outdoors, tolerate Florida heat/sun
• Valid and clean Driver's License and driving record (for insurance purposes) is a must.
