There is unlimited earning potential, and this is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role. Even though there will be no salary-based compensation or any type of employer benefits initially (unless offered in the future additionally after exceptional sales success) a large and consistent income can be made.
We will be open to reviewing the contract terms and discussing a salary-based compensation after a few months of collaboration.
Typically, Business Developers can earn $120k-$300k in total annual income, with commissions of up to 50% on closed contracts, with diligent efforts after 6-12 months (paid out monthly).

We are mainly operating across Europe. As we scale our presence across the US, we are seeking a Business Developer partner to accelerate the US market growth and build key client relationships.
Your Role
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the U.S. with a hunter-style mindset
• Design and execute commercial strategies aligned with So-Talented’s premium positioning
• Build and manage your portfolio of clients in Healthcare, Tech, or AI
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure
• Collaborate closely with our senior recruiters to ensure delivery meets expectations and builds lasting trust
• Get support from the founding team when needed to close high-potential or strategic deals
• Work directly with leadership to shape and influence our U.S. market strategy and client acquisition roadmap
What you will Bring
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in a recruitment or staffing agency
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing B2B accounts
• Strong professional network within the U.S. market
• Deep understanding of recruitment business models and sales processes
• Experience in Healthcare, Tech, or AI sectors is highly desirable
• Strategic sales mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable operating in a commission-based, autonomous role
• Entrepreneurial and hunter-style spirit
• Proficiency with CRM tools and outbound sales platforms
• Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
