We are seeking an experienced Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Solutions Expert to join our team at Soap Creek Resources. As a key member of our technical staff, this individual will be responsible for designing and implementing HVAC solutions using Niagara Controls, Alerton Controls, or Distech Controls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and technical expertise in HVAC solutions. This includes collaborating with sales staff to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HVAC solutions using Niagara Controls, Alerton Controls, or Distech Controls.
- Collaborate with sales staff to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in HVAC controls.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, including continuous improvement and lean, FEA evaluation, CFD, stress analysis, statistics, strength of materials, hydraulics, electrical systems, design, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong computer skills and accuracy.
- PLC experience with Allen Bradly is a plus.
- Ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet the needs and schedules of internal customers and respond immediately to production questions and crises with solutions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local area.
