What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plastic CNC Mold Maker position at Soap Creek Resources?
We’re seeking a Plastic Injection CNC Mold Maker to build and test high-quality molds in-house. If you’re an experienced mold maker, a CNC machinist ready to grow, or a mold designer eager to transition, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
Including but not limited to:
- Build and test plastic injection molds in-house.
- Operate and program Mori Seiki machines using Pro E Wildfire 3 CAD/CAM.
- Collaborate with an experienced mold maker for training and skill development.
- Ensure precision and quality in all aspects of mold production.
- Qualifications:
- Experience as a mold maker, mold designer, or CNC machinist (beyond button-pushing).
- Strong understanding of CNC machining and CAD/CAM software.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
