Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct cost analysis to assess and optimize the implications of various communication technologies, considering long-term support and warranty factors.
- Manage relationships with key vendors to ensure continuous support and supply chain efficiency, addressing risks and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal design teams and purchasing to ensure alignment with product initiatives.
- Review and evaluate project specifications, ensuring technical requirements and industry standards are met.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components, including obsolescence, compatibility, and long-term support issues.
- Collaborate with internal compliance and testing teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards in both U.S. and international markets.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support product development efforts.
