We are seeking a remote Senior Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled, self-sufficient problem solver who can manage projects independently while providing mentorship to junior engineers and interns. Travel will be required as needed for customer visits and internal reviews.
Duties :
Including but not limited to :
- Lead the design, analysis, and development of mechanical components and systems.
- Perform FEA analysis, preferably using SolidWorks Simulation (other software experience considered).
- Utilize SolidWorks for design work (preferred but not required).
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.
- Provide leadership and guidance to lower-level engineers and interns as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners.
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to optimize design solutions.
- Travel to customer sites and team reviews as needed.
