What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Recruiter - J516 position at Soap Creek Resources?
We're hiring a dynamic Recruiter to join our team! We want to hear from you if you're passionate about sourcing top talent, implementing innovative recruitment strategies, and contributing to a collaborative work environment! This role includes a minimum 30-day in-person training program before transitioning to fully remote.
Duties : Including but not limited to :
- Source, screen, and refer the most qualified applicants to hiring managers, leveraging social media, networking, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find top talent
- Identify, implement, and maintain recruiting strategies, including direct advertising, job boards, job fairs, unemployment offices, website career pages, employee referrals, networking, data mining, and social media
- Review applications, conduct pre-screens, and interview the most qualified applicants
- Conduct daily calls with potential candidates to build a pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with management to understand recruitment needs and identify skills needed for vacancies
- Document applicant status in the applicant tracking system
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and maintaining job descriptions
- Collect and analyze data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts
- Results sourcing and pipelining candidates using various hiring methods
- Marketing duties as needed / assigned including but not limited to updating social media sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed), website updating, and revisions
- Perform other duties to support the company's needs as assigned

This position will require both remote and on-site work as needed. Applicants must be self-motivated and able to work remotely (from a home office) and visit clients and / or new hires as scheduled.
