As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers efficiently.
- Stock and replenish bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling.
- Support the team during busy periods by ensuring that all necessary items are readily available.
- Follow food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
