We’re opening a brand-new coffee program inside Soap Opera Laundry, and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced leader to help bring it to life! This is more than just a barista position—it’s a coordinator role where you’ll oversee setup, operations, and growth from day one.

Responsibilities:
Program Setup & Launch:
- Assist in designing and equipping the coffee space.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are secured.
- Develop a simple, high-quality coffee menu.
Daily Operations:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and grab-and-go snacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service to laundromat customers and walk-in guests.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and track inventory.
Efficiency & Growth:
- Ensure quick, consistent service for busy customers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Assist with hiring and training as the coffee program expands.
