What You’ll Do:
- Inspire & Lead: Drive performance and help our team succeed.
- Engage the Team: Promote safety, operational improvement, and excellence.
- Delight Customers: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
- Mentor & Coach: Develop a team of customer service stars.
- Stay Compliant: Follow company policies and local regulations.
- Manage Facilities: Keep our sites in tip-top shape.
- Report Performance: Update Site and District Managers regularly.
- Boost Efficiency: Increase car counts, reduce downtime, and minimize errors.
- 2 years team leadership experience in a retail / customer service-based industry
- Experience driving for and achieving results
- Membership sales experience is a plus!
- Excellent customer service expertise and ability to train and develop this competency in others
- Attention to detail and familiarity with processing business administrative tasks (scheduling / payroll / sales tracking / KPI reporting)
- Strong ethics and commitment to do the right thing even when no one is looking
- Genuine drive to be the best, and a healthy sense of competition
- Ability to train and develop others and gain buy in from peers and teammates
