About the Job
In this critical role, you will apply ESDM-informed ABA therapy strategies to help children aged 2-6 overcome autism-related challenges and achieve meaningful milestones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized ABA therapy plans for each client.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their therapy journey.
Qualifications
- Masters' degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Proven experience in ABA early intervention.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
