About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in delivering individualized ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting. As a BCBA at Soar, you will collaborate closely with clinical teams to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement ESDM-based therapy.
Your expertise will help us provide high-quality care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will oversee a team of therapists, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and training to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Lead a team of therapists in delivering high-quality ABA therapy
- Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress
- Build strong partnerships with families to support their child's therapy journey
