ABA Therapy and Education Professional
We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapy and Education Professional to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center, providing ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Develop and implement ABA therapy plans tailored to the needs of young children aged 2-6 in a center-based environment.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
- Apply evidence-based ABA techniques to promote optimal outcomes for children with ASD.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients and monitor progress through standardized assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
