About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will work closely with children and their families, providing high-quality care and support.
Your responsibilities will include providing occupational therapy services to children aged 2-6 years, developing targeted interventions to enhance their skills and abilities, and conducting comprehensive assessments and treatment planning.
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a similar field, as well as current licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders is essential, along with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to RBTs to support their professional development.
