Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team at Soar Autism Center. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in delivering individualized ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
You will work closely with clinical teams to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement ESDM-based therapy. Your expertise will help us provide high-quality care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized ABA therapy for children aged 2-6
- Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Oversee a team of therapists in delivering high-quality ABA therapy
- Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on progress
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience in ABA early intervention
- Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
